Payment will always be required upfront: I will not allow “50/50” payments for commissions.

Refunds will only be issued if the sketch has not yet been sent.

I reserve the right to reuse and sell the pose and concept to other clients if the commission is cancelled/refunded.

I will not tolerate aggressive/inappropriate behavior of any kind. I will cancel and/or properly refund a commission if this or a breach in my TOS occurs.

I will send a sketch of the piece for client approval. After receiving the go-ahead, I will not be keen on making major revisions. Small changes are alright. Continuous revisions are subject to additional charges.

Feel free to ask for updates regarding your commission.

I cannot offer specific turnaround dates for commissions.

I will attempt to finish commissions in a timely manner, but I am a college student and part-time worker outside of commissions: delays in my work are bound to occur.

I will make certain changes in the commission to reflect my style of artwork. Be specific if there are certain aspects I should be aware of/ not change.

I reserve the right to upload any and all instances of my artwork— including commissioned pieces— in the form of social media posts, videos, streams, etc. If this in any form upsets you, contact me before starting the commission!

Characters portrayed in commissioned artwork remain in the copyright of their rightful owners.

Unless if discussed beforehand, all commissioned pieces of artwork are for the client’s personal use only. Please let me know beforehand if you are interested in commercial/merchandise pieces.

I accept payment and take commissions through Ko-Fi. I also offer invoices through PayPal as an alternative (just ask!)

I reserve the right to not accept commissions for any reason I deem fit. I do not owe an explanation for refusal in taking a commission.

All instances of my artwork must be properly credited to me or any of my social media handles.

Never use my work to spread propaganda.

Never claim my art as your own.

Any instance of my art being used in relation to NFTs or AI is strictly forbidden.

Any and all custom designs of mine are allowed to be redesigned/altered.

Do not resell my designs higher than what they are worth unless they have added value through artwork or physical media.

@jazznadoez is an artist and digital creator based in the Southeastern United States and currently an undergraduate student working for a BFA, concentrated in New Media. She focuses her work on character and graphic-narrative based drawings, illustrations, and short animations. She enjoys Mesoamerican mythology and folklore, working alongside themes present in these stories to inform her artwork. She tends to use digital mediums in order to produce her art, but occasionally dabbles with traditional mediums in the form of ink pens, marker and pencil. @jazznadoez aspires to be an animator and/or illustrator after graduating.

I mainly use Procreate for all of my artwork. For animating, I like to use AlightMotion and/or ToonSquid. For editing, I like to use VideoStar and CapCut.
